FeatureHigh Dimensional Accuracy, Corrosion Resistant, Smooth Surface
Custom industrial safety-lock bodies are offered through silica-sol investment and lost-wax precision casting for industrial-safety equipment and machinery-protection inquiries. Size is customizable, with the actual material, surface condition and body geometry selected for the intended assembly.
Choose the lock-body material and environment
Material references include SS304, SS316, carbon steel, alloy steel and aluminum. Match the chosen grade to the body requirement and operating environment. The casting direction emphasizes dimensional accuracy, corrosion resistance and a smooth surface; agree the actual grade, treatment and finished acceptance for those requirements.
500 mm reference and drawing-based larger sizes
The maximum-dimension reference is 500 mm, with larger size negotiable against the drawing. Define the lock-body geometry and the dimensions important to its mechanism and attachment interfaces. Custom size should be assessed together with the selected material and required fit so that the inquiry identifies the actual body to be cast.
Four surface methods and the required color
Surface directions include polishing, powder coating, zinc plating and chrome plating. Color choices include silver, black, gold and custom color. Assign the method, color and treatment areas to the selected body, then agree the required appearance and surface acceptance. This connects the finish choice to its material and operating environment.
Acceptance within machinery-protection equipment
Explain the body's role in the actual industrial-safety or machinery-protection assembly. Define the relevant mechanism and attachment interfaces alongside the operating and safety-use requirements. The casting inquiry can then address the selected component's dimensional, surface and use acceptance within that assembly.
