A custom wheel stock spindle housing can be discussed in SS304 or 316L stainless steel through investment lost wax casting and CNC service. Size is customized, with the component drawing connecting the housing geometry, required finish and dimensional acceptance to its intended assembly.
Connect the housing to its mating geometry
Identify the mounting and mating interfaces that position the spindle housing in the equipment. Mark the critical dimensions and state which require the finished CNC condition. The 0.01–0.05 mm tolerance range should be assigned to the relevant features, with the tolerance convention and measurement references agreed for the part.

Match the required dimensional, material and surface checks to the characteristics specified for the housing. Agree a treatment that matches the selected material
Surface-treatment requests include zinc plating, anodizing, chrome plating and painting, with the material and treatment combination to be confirmed for the component. Specify which surfaces receive the finish and how their condition will be accepted. Any powder-plating request also needs an exact process definition and acceptance requirement before the finish is approved.
Define the OEM or ODM application scope
Enquiries can concern industrial equipment, agricultural machinery, medical, automotive or toy parts. Describe the actual housing function and application requirements so the service scope addresses that particular component. OEM and ODM discussions should agree the drawing or design responsibilities, sample acceptance and any application approvals required before production is authorized.
