Custom sandblasted aluminum die-cast heat sinks are offered for LED light housings, with precision casting, CNC machining and surface finishing. In-house mold design and manufacturing supports the custom component, alongside technical support. The heat-sink geometry, housing interfaces and selected material define the assembly requirement to be reviewed.
Heat sink within the LED housing
Identify the heat sink and its relationship to the light-housing assembly. Define the mating dimensions, component geometry and thermal acceptance required for that LED design. The casting and CNC-machining request can then address the actual component surfaces and interfaces that matter to the housing.
ADC12, A380 and other material directions
ADC12 and A380 are material choices alongside Zamak 3, Zamak 5, brass and copper. Select the actual material and agree its manufacturing route for the requested component. Powder coating, anodizing, sandblasting and plating provide surface directions to review with that material and the heat-sink design.
Dimensional reference and batch checks
The tolerance reference is ±0.01–0.05 mm, with the required value and feature acceptance to be agreed. Quality control includes CMM inspection, material verification and batch sampling inspection. Connect these checks to the selected material and drawing dimensions so the component review uses the actual inspection scope.
Tooling, files and flexible quantity
PDF, STEP, IGES, DWG and 3D files can support the in-house mold-design and manufacturing discussion. The order reference is 10 pieces, with flexibility depending on the structure. Bring the drawing, chosen finish and assembly acceptance into that request so the tooling and quantity discussion follows the particular heat sink.
