Product nameCustom Casting PartsProcessCasting +Machining(if Need)+surface Treatment
These custom cast knurled nuts have a round body and right-hand thread direction. The selectable combinations cover stainless steel or steel, each paired with the same twenty thread-size choices. Lost-wax casting is the manufacturing direction, with machining included when needed and surface treatment considered for the selected nut.
Twenty thread choices for knurled nuts
Available sizes are M4, M4.2, M4.8, M5, M5.5, M6, M6.3, M7, M8, M10, M12, M14, M16, M18, M20, M22, M24, M26, M27 and M30. Choose the exact size and material combination before reviewing the mating thread. Thread pitch, the applicable thread standard and the round nut's dimensions should be agreed for the intended connection.
Selected grade and Class 10 requirement
CF8M/316/304 provide material inquiry references for the stainless-steel direction. Confirm the actual grade for the chosen nut, and define the applicable standard and selected-material requirements when requesting Class 10. Keep those decisions tied to the selected configuration rather than assuming that the grade names are equivalent or that the steel alternative has the same acceptance.
Polishing or galvanized treatment
Polishing and galvanizing are finish directions to discuss against the chosen material. Specify the required appearance, treated surfaces and finish acceptance for the nut being ordered. The casting, any necessary machining and the selected treatment should therefore be reviewed as a connected process for that configuration.
Samples and the casting inquiry
The minimum quantity is ten pieces, and samples are offered. A useful inquiry names the material, exact thread option and proposed grade/class requirements together, so that a sample can be considered against the same intended nut geometry and mating connection. This keeps procurement focused on the configured knurled nut.
