Custom precision investment cast parts are offered in stainless steel or iron, with aluminum alloy, brass, copper and titanium as further choices. Client drawings define size and shape, while the ±1 μm tolerance reference needs an agreed feature and processing stage for the actual component.
Investment casting and broader process choices
Process directions include CNC lathe work, stamping, hobbing and forging. Select the operations that belong to the particular component and distinguish them from its investment casting requirement. This gives the drawing discussion a defined relationship between the chosen metal, the initial form and the dimensions that require subsequent processing or measurement.
Treatment, finish and seven color directions
Further work includes heat treatment, polishing, plating, machining and anodizing, selected for the actual material and component requirement. Color choices include black, silver, gold, blue, red, white and yellow. Identify the required surfaces and color together with the alloy and dimensional criteria so the finished condition is part of the same custom design.
Sample orders and application acceptance
Sample orders are accepted for the custom parts. Application directions include robotics, aerospace, automotive and industrial machinery, with the actual component function and acceptance requirements to be defined for the project. Assign the ±1 μm reference to its relevant features and measurement stage, connecting any sample assessment to the selected material, processing and finish rather than assuming identical precision across every casting surface.
