ApplicationIndustry,medical,agriculture,etc
Custom stainless steel investment casting supports OEM component projects, with aluminum alloy also offered as a material choice. The customer's 3D drawing defines size, while the drawing request sets tolerances and the surface treatment follows the component requirement.
OEM geometry with a selected metal
The custom component begins with a choice between the actual stainless steel and aluminum alloy directions. Identify the grade and connect it to the shape, dimensions and required surfaces in the design. This gives the precision casting enquiry a defined component to discuss, with drawing-based tolerances rather than a numerical accuracy assigned by assumption.
Industrial, medical and agricultural components
The application directions include industry, medical equipment components and agriculture. Specify the intended component function and the relevant acceptance requirements for that application. For medical enquiries in particular, connect the material, surface condition and dimensional criteria to the intended part so that the application discussion stays focused on its actual technical requirement.
File inputs, standards and inspection scope
Supported drawing inputs are 2D PDF or CAD and 3D IGES or STEP. ASTM, ANSI, JIS, DIN, EN and GB are specification families from which the applicable project reference can be selected. These OEM cast parts undergo strict 100% inspection; agree the dimensions and finished surfaces to be assessed, and confirm ISO9001:2015 certificate scope if that documentation is required for the project.
