Custom precision lost-wax investment casting supports SS304/SS316 stainless steel and separately specified alloy-steel component enquiries. OEM/ODM service includes custom sizing and sand blasting. The actual component identity, material and intended use should be defined together so the casting enquiry addresses one selected part.
Confirm the component before selecting the material
An axe-head casting enquiry and a petrochemical-machinery or engine-part enquiry need their own component definition. Identify which part and use the project requires, then select the exact steel grade and standard. This keeps the stainless and alloy-steel choices connected to the actual geometry. The final casting should be evaluated against that selected definition.
Match the dimensional reference to the drawing
The dimension reference is 40 x 30 x 20 mm, with its association to the chosen component to be confirmed. Custom sizing allows the required geometry to be discussed for the project. Show the controlled dimensions and interfaces on the component drawing. Sand-blasted surfaces should have their required condition and acceptance described for the relevant faces.

GB, ASTM, AISI, DIN and BS are available standard families for enquiry, with the exact designation selected for the material and part. ISO9001:2015 qualification can be reviewed for its current object and relevant scope. Specify the dimensional, surface, inspection and functional acceptance needed for the confirmed component. These details give the OEM/ODM enquiry a clear basis for reviewing the selected casting without merging different part identities or intended uses.
