Custom precision iron and steel casting requests include vacuum and lost wax investment directions, with aluminum and copper also available material directions. Die casting is an additional process direction to allocate to the actual component. OEM and ODM services include customer-required dimensions, mold-making and finishing requests.
Assign the material and casting route
Select the grade required by the industrial component and define its geometry and working duty. Agree whether vacuum, lost wax investment or die casting applies to that particular part. Deburring is offered within the work directions, with any further processing to define separately. Keep the material and route decision attached to the accepted component definition.
Three finishes and mold-service responsibility
Painting, powder coating and oxidation are surface directions for requests. Choose the actual treatment for the selected metal and identify the areas and condition to accept after finishing. Define the mold-making scope and project responsibility for the part. Agree customer-required dimensions together with the chosen tooling arrangement and finished surface.
Professional inspection for the industrial component
Professional inspection is offered, with its actual methods, criteria and records to establish for the selected casting. Identify the dimensions and functional requirements that determine acceptance of the component. Confirm project quantity with the completed material, casting/deburring, mold and finishing scope. Use those agreed requirements to define the actual OEM or ODM request without assuming every route or finish applies to every material.
