Custom precision casting enquiries include iron, brass, stainless steel, zinc and aluminum-alloy parts through lost wax and investment casting directions. The actual material, size and finished condition are defined by the customer's requirements. Provide the component drawing and selected grade before agreeing the manufacturing and acceptance scope.

Material and drawing definition

Select the required material and identify the drawing revision for the part. Sizes and tolerances follow the customer's drawing request, with the drawing also serving as the stated component-standard basis. Mark the dimensions and working details to be accepted. These requirements give the casting enquiry a specific geometry and material definition.

Color and surface requirements

Color and surface treatment are customized to the requested result. Define the actual treatment and the areas to receive it, together with the appearance or surface criteria for the selected material. The requirements should describe the finished component rather than assume a particular coating or numerical tolerance. Agree those details with the drawing and intended working conditions.

Inspection and agreed finished part

Quality control states strict 100% inspection, with ISO9001 as the certification reference. Define what is to be inspected and the acceptance criteria for the actual casting. Confirm the applicable quality documents together with the selected material, drawing revision, dimensional requirements and requested color and surface condition. This establishes a clear accepted result for the drawing-custom component enquiry.
