Custom precision foundry work covers brass and bronze casting enquiries alongside A356 aluminum lost wax and investment casting services. Dimensions are customized for the required component. Select the actual material and casting route together so that the finished geometry, further machining and surface condition form one clear manufacturing request.
Brass, bronze or A356 aluminum selection
Specify the required alloy designation for the brass, bronze or aluminum part, with A356 identified when that is the intended aluminum grade. Copper is another available material direction. Plastic is a separate material enquiry requiring its own manufacturing route; it should not be combined with a metal casting specification. Clarify any additional material name before assigning it a grade or treatment.
From cast geometry to machined detail
Available techniques include casting, turning, milling and CNC center work. Use the component drawing to identify the cast form and any faces, holes or mating details requiring subsequent work. Agree the dimensions and acceptance criteria for those selected operations. These are customization choices rather than a fixed machining sequence or one tolerance applying to every surface.
Surface choice and OEM definition
Powder coating, electroplating, oxide treatment and anodization are offered surface directions. Select a treatment suitable for the actual alloy and define its coverage and required appearance. Customized OEM service is accepted, with ISO9001:2015 referenced for the service. Confirm the applicable quality documents, drawing revision and finished-part requirements when agreeing the chosen casting, machining and surface-treatment combination.
