Custom OEM aluminum die-cast parts are offered in customer-requested sizes with polishing. Related metal-part and mould-making inquiries can involve steel, brass and zinc-alloy directions, with the actual material, work and manufacturing route agreed for each component.
Give the aluminum part its finished geometry
Choose the aluminum grade and define the component's finished size and mating dimensions. Identify the surfaces by which it will fit into the intended arrangement. These details turn a custom-size casting inquiry into a particular OEM part with a clear dimensional acceptance basis.
Define the polished surfaces and their acceptance
Polishing is the surface-treatment direction for the aluminum part. Identify where it is required and what finished surface condition the component must meet. Include the dimensions of any polished mating areas so appearance and fit remain connected when the work is agreed.
Separate metal-part requests from mould deliverables
A steel, brass or zinc-alloy component request needs its own material and process definition. A mould-making inquiry also needs an agreed description of the required work and deliverables. Keeping those choices explicit allows the broader request to be discussed alongside the aluminum die-cast part with a suitable route for each item.
Set the application and inspection requirements
State the intended application and the geometry that matters to its assembly. Agree the required dimensional limits, surface condition and inspection acceptance for the actual component. This gives the OEM inquiry a practical basis for assessing the selected aluminum part, polishing work or separately defined metal and mould request.
