Custom precision aluminum die-casting enquiries include motor housings, zinc alloy and Zamak part directions, together with cast iron casting requests. The housing drawing and actual material determine the selected manufacturing route. Customized sizes and color are available, with the finished dimensions and surface result to be agreed for the component.
Material and housing geometry
Aluminum alloy, zinc alloy and magnesium alloy are material options. Steel, copper and brass are broader material directions requiring their own component and process definition. Specify the actual alloy grade for the motor housing or other requested part; the material names do not make every route suitable for every metal. Machine and industrial equipment, auto and medical are named application directions with component-specific acceptance requirements.
Size reference and machine selection
The size reference is 1500*1500*1100 or a custom size. Confirm both its unit and the object it measures before applying it to a housing drawing.
- Component dimensions
- Define the actual housing geometry, interfaces and dimensions to be accepted.
- Machine-tonnage reference
- 88T-1600T describes the machine-tonnage direction. Agree the selected machine and casting scope for the part; it is separate from component size or weight.
Chosen finish and color acceptance
Powder coating, anodizing, shot blasting, painting, plating and polishing are surface directions. Select the treatment suitable for the chosen material, and define its coverage and the required color or appearance. Agree the alloy, drawing, casting route and dimensional and surface criteria together for the custom housing enquiry.
