Custom OEM lost-wax investment casting requests include stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminum-alloy directions, with precision CNC machining for machinery and industrial parts. Material-code references include 304, 316, 310 and 1.4301, with actual specification and applicability to select.

Material codes and the supplied metal specification

Define the supplied material, applicable code, standard and condition for the component. Identify its geometry, interfaces and actual machinery duty so that the chosen material reference is connected to the finished part. Agree the intended casting process behind the Silica Soil designation.

CT4–CT6 casting scope and CNC dimensions

CT4–CT6 is the casting-tolerance reference for the request. Select the relevant casting characteristics and identify controlled CNC-machined dimensions against the accepted component drawing. Agree the measurement and acceptance requirements for those areas and the selected material.

Sandblasted and polished casting areas

Sandblasting and polishing are surface-work directions for the cast parts. Mark the selected areas and define their required finished condition, including how the treated surfaces meet the component's functional and appearance criteria.

100% inspection and ISO9001:2015 work scope

The OEM casting work includes 100% inspection, with the assessed material, casting/CNC dimensions and sandblasted or polished surface characteristics to agree. Establish methods, acceptance criteria and records for the component. ISO9001:2015 is a quality-system reference requiring applicable documents, responsible organization and work scope where needed. Complete the OEM arrangement with quantity and manufacturing/acceptance responsibilities.
