Custom OEM and ODM casting services include lost wax investment and sand casting directions. Material and size follow the customer's requirements, with optional machining, surface treatment and custom color within the requested work. The minimum order is 10 pieces for the custom component.
Industrial, auto, agricultural and pump requests
These casting directions cover industry, auto parts, agricultural machinery and pump applications. Describe the actual part and its working duty before choosing the material grade. Include the operating or exposure conditions that govern its function so material selection and casting-route agreement address that particular component.
Size definition and optional machining
Identify the size and dimensions needed for the component's fit, then mark the features requiring machining. Machining is included when needed, with its actual method and scope to agree for the design. Define the accepted condition of the cast and machined features together, keeping the material and selected route consistent throughout the request.
Color, surface and ten-piece project scope
Choose the surface treatment and color reference for the final part rather than assuming a particular finishing technique. State the areas requiring that treatment and agree the accepted appearance for the chosen material. Confirm any material and dimensional records needed by the intended application. Bring those requirements together with the project quantity, beginning at the offered 10-piece minimum, so the OEM or ODM request defines the complete casting and secondary-work scope.
