Custom industrial stainless steel parts combine precision lost wax casting with CNC machining and OEM/ODM service. The work scope includes casting, machining if needed and surface treatment to customer requirements. DIN is an engineering standard-family reference, while ISO9001:2015 is a separate quality-system reference with applicable scope to agree.
Cast geometry and selected CNC work
The lost-wax casting request should identify the actual stainless grade and component geometry. Specify where CNC machining is required and define the dimensions for those areas separately from the cast geometry. Describe the industrial working duty and agree the actual limits that make precision meaningful for the selected component.
Surface treatment to your requirements
Surface treatment follows the customer request. Identify the required treatment, areas and final condition for the actual stainless casting, with the acceptance criteria that matter for its duty. Connect those conditions to the cast and machined dimensions so that the finished component can be assessed consistently.
DIN and quality-system applicability
Select the actual DIN document, edition and grade relevant to the part. Discuss ISO9001:2015 separately as a quality-system reference and confirm the applicable document and scope. If current certification is required, identify the responsible organization, site and operations together with the evidence needed for that requirement.
OEM/ODM component acceptance
Agree the project quantity and allocation of design and manufacturing responsibility around the selected stainless component. Define the inspected characteristics, methods and records needed for dimensional and surface acceptance. This keeps the OEM/ODM request connected to the actual cast geometry, CNC work and requested treatment.
