Custom OEM machinery-part requests combine casting and machining, with material and size according to customer requirements. Die-casting and investment-casting directions require the actual component route to be selected.
Machinery drawing and hot-casting work
Define the supplied material, geometry and dimensions receiving machining. Clarify the intended hot-casting work for the component before assigning its actual manufacturing method.
High-strength direction and machinery duty
High strength is a qualitative direction for the selected machinery part. Establish its interfaces, working requirements and material condition, then agree the dimensional, functional and strength acceptance criteria rather than assuming a numerical rating.
One-year warranty and quality-system scope
ISO9001 and TS16949 are system references requiring applicable current documents and responsible organization/site scope where needed. A one-year warranty is referenced, with its coverage, start point, exclusions and responsible party to agree for the actual supply. Confirm quantity, inspection criteria and OEM responsibilities against the accepted material, drawing and duty.
