Industrial turbocharger turbine-housing requests use lost wax precision/investment casting with drawing-based tolerances and OEM custom service. Material requests include aluminum/aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, stainless steel, iron and alloy directions. Select the actual supplied material and thermal/working duty for the housing concerned.
Housing drawing and material duty
Define the actual turbocharger housing geometry, dimensions and mating fit on its drawing. Agree the supplied grade and the temperature or service requirements it must meet. Connect that selected material and working duty to the casting route and dimensional acceptance for the actual component.
Four surface-treatment directions
Painting, anodizing, powder coating and electrophoresis are the surface choices. Identify the areas receiving the selected treatment and define the required final condition. Agree surface criteria together with the drawing tolerances, so that treatment and dimensional acceptance apply to the same housing.
Full inspection before shipping
The inspection direction is 100% inspection before shipping. Specify the actual characteristics, methods and records covering the selected housing dimensions and surface condition. Keep that scope tied to the supplied material, drawing and accepted finished state.
Document reference and OEM scope
Clarify the exact document identity and object scope behind the ISO2009 reference. Establish any evidence needed for a current certification or conformity requirement relevant to the actual part. Agree quantity and OEM responsibility with the accepted material/duty, housing fit and inspection requirements.
