Custom die-casting mould and part enquiries include zinc, aluminum, brass, steel, copper and ADC12 directions. Investment and lost wax casting are further process directions, with ADC12/A380 and broader carbon-steel, stainless-steel and aluminum-alloy materials. Define the actual component or mould and selected grade before agreeing the manufacturing route and accepted result.

Mould or cast-part requirements

Sizes are customized for the required object. Provide the relevant mould or component drawing and identify the geometry and working details to be accepted. Agree the actual casting method and material scope for that request. Industrial, commercial, household and automotive parts are named application directions requiring the selected component's working conditions.

Dimensional and surface acceptance

The tolerance reference is +/- 0.02 mm, with roughness referenced at Ra3.2-Ra6.3. Identify the dimensions and manufacturing stage covered by those criteria. Confirm the roughness unit and the surfaces requiring the selected condition. Agree the actual geometry and acceptance requirements with the drawing and chosen process.

Selected finish and inspection criteria

Chrome plating, electrophoresis, painting and powder coating are surface directions. Select the treatment suitable for the actual material and define its coverage and accepted appearance. Quality control states 100% inspection. Agree the characteristics and inspection criteria together with the selected object, grade, route and dimensional and surface requirements for the custom casting or mould enquiry.
