Custom metal bell and decorative-hardware precision investment casting is offered with OEM/ODM service and a one-piece minimum order. Powder coating is the surface treatment, and tolerance follows the customer's drawing request. The bell or hardware design, selected base metal and requested coated condition form the starting point for the casting inquiry.
Bell geometry or decorative-hardware design
Identify the specific object being cast and the geometry that gives it its intended form. A bell project can include mounting or acoustic requirements to be agreed for that design, while a decorative-hardware request needs its own dimensional and appearance definition. Keeping those requirements attached to the component drawing gives the casting discussion a clear target.
Base metal and powder-coated appearance
Agree the required base metal before selecting the part, including the alloy for a brass-hardware inquiry. Define the powder-coated appearance and the surfaces to receive the treatment alongside that material choice. This connects the decorative finish with the intended component without assuming an alloy, coating thickness or exposure performance that has not been agreed.
One piece and drawing-based tolerance
The minimum order is one piece, allowing a request to focus on an individual custom casting. The process includes casting, machining when needed and surface treatment. Identify the dimensions and any areas needing machining on the drawing, then agree the tolerance and inspection acceptance for the coated bell or hardware component.
A focused request therefore identifies the object, its selected material and the finished condition together. For the bell design, include any required sound or mounting acceptance in that same definition; for the decorative component, keep the relevant fit and appearance criteria connected to the drawing used for the inquiry.
