Custom precision metal-casting requests include lost-wax investment work, with sand-casting directions, machining if needed and surface treatment allocated to the chosen component. Custom-logo and OEM/ODM work are supported around the selected material, geometry and accepted finished condition.
Stainless and other supplied-material identifiers
Material references include 304, 316 and 2205 stainless steel, iron, Ti, GG20, GG25, GJL200 and GJL250. Select the actual supplied specification and required identifier for the component. Allocate the casting route and any needed machining to its geometry rather than assuming that every material reference follows every route.
Electrolysis, spraying and the chosen surface
Sandblasting, electrolysis, polishing and spraying are surface-work directions. Clarify the actual electrolysis or spraying method, treated areas and accepted condition for the chosen material. Relate the selected work to the controlled cast or machined dimensions and the final functional requirements.
Logo condition within 100% inspection
For a custom logo, agree artwork, location and the actual method alongside the finished surface. Define the material, dimensional, surface and logo characteristics covered by 100% inspection, together with the methods and records. Agree actual working duty and interfaces so the inspection criteria address the accepted component.
ISO9001, TS16949 and RoHS for the actual work
ISO9001 and TS16949 are quality-system references, while RoHS needs the relevant conformity object and document basis. Establish applicable current documents and responsible organization/site scope where required. Agree quantity and OEM/ODM manufacturing/inspection responsibilities against the selected material, drawing, casting route, surface and logo acceptance.
