Custom metal casting work covers iron, steel and stainless enquiries through OEM/ODM lost-wax casting and precision mold making. Additional material choices include aluminum alloy, titanium alloy and cast iron, with the actual alloy and manufacturing route selected for the component.

Connect the material to the casting and CNC route

Die casting with CNC machining is another process option within the service scope. Supporting operations include 5-axis milling and CNC lathe processing. Agree the material and route for the selected geometry, identifying the interfaces and final dimensions requiring secondary work. This gives the mold, casting and machining plan a specific component target instead of applying the whole route menu to every metal.

Develop the size and structural design for its application

Size and structural design can be customized for automotive, electronics, home-hardware and mechanical components. Provide the actual drawing, assembly interfaces and operating requirements for that application. Define the material and finished-part acceptance alongside the structural geometry, including any characteristics that matter to fit or function. Keep those requirements linked to the approved component design when reviewing the selected manufacturing stages.

Plan inspection from prototype through production

The service supports prototype work through mass production, with full-process inspection across the manufacturing scope. Agree checkpoints, methods and records appropriate to the component and the stage being reviewed. Identify how the prototype acceptance and production-part acceptance relate to the same drawing and material requirements. Connect the selected casting route, CNC interfaces and final checks in that plan, giving the custom metal part a defined review basis before production acceptance.
