Custom industrial metal components can be requested with investment casting, CNC machining where needed and powder coating. OEM/ODM service supports drawing-defined dimensional requirements, with a minimum order of one piece.

Begin with the component's material definition

Confirm whether the actual part requires aluminum alloy or carbon steel and identify the selected grade. Link that choice to the finished geometry and intended industrial assembly. This gives the investment-casting request a clear material basis and helps define the machining and surface work appropriate to the component.

Locate the areas that require finished machining

Show which interfaces need CNC machining and which areas can be accepted in the cast condition. The dimensional acceptance follows the customer's drawing, so identify the limits at the locations that control fit. A component can then be reviewed as a cast form with defined finished interfaces, rather than relying on a general precision adjective.

Connect powder coating to final geometry

Identify the surfaces that receive powder coating and describe the required appearance. Include the finished condition of any coated area that also participates in assembly. Keeping coating and interface requirements together allows the treatment request to address the actual industrial component.

Geometry acceptance
Define the dimensions that determine the component's fit.
Coating acceptance
Identify the treated surfaces and their required final appearance.

Make the one-piece request specific

Use the initial order definition to bring the chosen material, drawing revision, casting scope and optional machining together. Describe the component's role in the intended assembly and how the finished work will be accepted. These inputs give the one-piece OEM/ODM inquiry a practical manufacturing scope.
