Custom foundry machinery-part enquiries include complex-structure steel lost wax and investment casting. ADC12 and A380 are additional material directions, with carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum-alloy requests selected for the actual part. Define the grade and component drawing before agreeing its geometry and accepted finished condition.

Complex geometry and material selection

Dimensions are customized for the requested component. Identify the actual structural details, interfaces and working conditions that the drawing must define. Agree the selected material and casting scope for that geometry. Industrial, commercial, household and automotive parts are named application directions, each requiring its own component acceptance.

Dimensional and surface criteria

The precision references need to be applied to the selected dimensions and manufacturing stage. Agree the actual criteria with the drawing and accepted working geometry.

Dimensional tolerance
+/- 0.02 mm is the stated reference. Identify the dimensions and stage it covers for the component.
Surface roughness
Ra3.2-Ra6.3 is the roughness reference. Confirm the unit, surfaces and measurement acceptance for the required result.

Finish selection and inspection

Chrome plating, electrophoresis, painting and powder coating are available surface directions. Select the treatment suitable for the actual material and define its coverage and accepted appearance. Quality control states 100% inspection. Agree the inspection criteria with the selected grade, drawing, cast geometry and dimensional and surface requirements for the machinery-part enquiry.
