OEM/ODM precision mold-making and metal-casting services cover investment-casting and die-casting/CNC directions. Available materials are aluminum alloy, stainless steel, titanium alloy and cast iron. Customization includes size and structural design, with supporting 5-axis milling and CNC lathe processing, prototype-to-mass-production supply and full-process inspection.
Cast component or precision mold definition
Establish the actual part or tooling deliverable and choose its material designation. Relate the selected investment or die-casting route to the required geometry and structural design. Identify the important dimensions and interfaces, agreeing the material and supplied condition needed for that specific component or mold task.
5-axis milling and CNC lathe areas
Assign the machining work to the areas requiring it on the actual geometry. Define the dimensions and finished fit expected from the selected 5-axis or lathe operations. Connect those requirements to the chosen casting route and structural design, agreeing measurement and acceptance criteria for the relevant interfaces of the supplied part.
Prototype and mass-production work scope
The supply direction runs from prototype to mass production. Define the component geometry and material requirements for the actual stage being requested. Relate the size and structural-design scope to the casting/machining work needed at that stage. Agree the finished acceptance against which that particular prototype or production component will be evaluated.
Full-process checks for the selected application
Applications include automotive, electronics, home hardware and mechanical components. Define the actual operating requirements and stage-specific inspections appropriate to the chosen part or mold. Agree the material, dimensional and finished-component criteria within the full-process inspection scope, connecting those checks to the selected route, machining areas and intended application.
