Custom aluminum and zinc casting directions serve industrial, machinery and automotive spare-part requests. Die casting and gravity/sand casting provide route choices, with custom sizes and a 0.01–0.05mm tolerance reference. Die-casting/deburring work, sandblasting, painting and CNC services can be defined around the actual component.

Choose the aluminum or zinc grade

Aluminum directions are ADC12, A380, A356 and A413.2, while zinc directions include Zamak 3, 5 and 8. Select the actual grade and casting route for the requested geometry. Agree the controlled dimensions and manufacturing stage associated with the tolerance reference, keeping material and process applicability specific to the part.

Set the mold and machining scope

The service scope includes mold work, die casting, plastic injection, CNC machining and sheet metal. Identify which services are needed for the actual request and how they relate to the casting. Define deburred areas and CNC requirements for the selected component, then agree the finished condition and dimensional acceptance for that manufacturing scope.

Select the treatment and color areas

Finish directions include polishing, sandblasting, electrophoresis, chromium treatment, galvanizing, painting, powder coating, oxidation, electroplating and anodizing. Color directions are red, yellow, green, black, white, orange, brown, blue, purple and gray. Select the applicable treatment and color for the actual material and identify the areas receiving them. Agree the surface and color acceptance alongside the controlled dimensions and the inspection or qualification requirements of the industrial, machinery or automotive part.
