Custom metal-part enquiries include aluminum, iron, stainless steel and brass directions. Agree the actual casting route for the component before setting the work scope. Casting, deburring, drilling and threading are process directions, with OEM customization based on the client's specification and actual part requirements.

Use the 3D drawing to set the part

Size follows the customer's 3D drawing, and tolerance follows the drawing request. Identify the chosen material grade and the dimensions that control acceptance of the component. Keep those requirements with the actual casting-route decision so the enquiry describes one defined part.

Coordinate drilling and threading requirements

Specify the drilling and threading requirements needed for the actual component geometry. Connect those operations to the casting and deburring scope, with the finished dimensions and condition to be accepted. Use the same drawing and client specification when agreeing how the completed part will be assessed.

Choose the surface and custom color

Surface treatment follows the customer's demand, and color is customized. Define the treatment and finished appearance required for the selected material and intended component use. Keep those criteria with the dimensional and operation requirements rather than assuming a fixed surface or color system.

Set the full-inspection scope

Strictly 100% inspection is offered for the custom parts. Agree the checked characteristics and acceptance against the 3D drawing, selected material and finished condition. Confirm the applicable scope of the ISO9001 reference for this work, then provide the actual route and dimensional/surface/color criteria to establish the OEM request.
