Quality Control100% Inspection
Custom metal casting services include OEM/ODM customization, one-stop service, small-order acceptance and 100% inspection. Material directions cover aluminum, iron, stainless steel, brass and zinc. Select the actual metal and casting route for the supplied component, with its geometry and finish defining the requested work.
Aluminum and zinc grade references
Specific aluminum references are A360, A380, ADC-12 and ADC-10. Zinc references are ZA-3, ZA-5 and ZA-8. Agree the actual grade and the casting route appropriate to the selected geometry. Connect the investment/lost-wax inquiry to that component definition, establishing the material requirements and acceptance that apply to the part being requested.
Mill-finished, powder-coated, polished or brushed
These are the surface directions available for the actual material and required appearance. Select the finish and identify its areas on the component. Agree the dimensional and visual acceptance after the chosen surface work, relating those requirements to the part's important interfaces and the supplied condition needed for its intended function.
Drawing inputs for a small-order task
Drawing inputs include 2D PDF/CAD and 3D IGES/STEP. Use the component geometry and controlled dimensions to define the actual one-stop work scope. Small orders are accepted, with the selected grade, route and finished-part requirements establishing the manufacturing request and the operations included for that actual component.
Inspection of the selected material and finish
Agree the actual dimensional and surface checks within the 100% inspection scope. Connect those acceptance criteria to the chosen alloy, casting geometry and finished areas. Include the applicable component function and required supplied condition, so the inspection addresses the specific OEM/ODM part and the one-stop work being requested.
