ServicesCustom metal parts based on your drawings or samples
Custom aluminum investment-casting work uses ZL101, AlSi7Mg, A356 or client-required material references. Agree whether the supplied object is an ingot or a finished cast part. Custom metal-part work follows customer drawings or samples and can include machining when needed, with surface treatment selected for the actual request.
Aluminum designation and the supplied object
Select the actual grade and applicable material specification for the work. Define the ingot or component being requested, its geometry and the condition required for its intended use. Connect that supplied-object definition to the investment-casting task, agreeing the material and dimensional acceptance needed for the selected aluminum deliverable.
Sandblasting, painting and polishing scope
These are the named surface directions, alongside treatment to the customer's requirements. Identify the selected finish and the actual areas receiving it. Agree the appearance and surface condition after treatment, together with the dimensional requirements for any machined interfaces. Relate those choices to the selected aluminum material and the geometry of the supplied object.
PDF, STP and STEP within the custom request
Drawing formats include PDF, STP and STEP. Use the customer geometry or sample input to identify important dimensions and any areas needing further machining. Define the relevant operations and finished-surface criteria, agreeing inspection acceptance for the actual supplied object. The selected material designation, geometry and surface work then describe the aluminum-casting request and the finished condition needed for its particular use.
