Develop an OEM/ODM housing-part enquiry around the actual alloy and agreed casting route. Material directions include aluminum alloys ADC12/A380, carbon steel and stainless steel, with Zamak, magnesium and zinc-alloy requests to confirm for the component. Dimensions are customized for the required housing.
Agree the housing material and process
Select the alloy and identify the component geometry before the manufacturing plan is settled. Confirm the actual casting route for that housing and the finished condition expected from it. Keep this route agreement tied to the selected material so the proposed process addresses the same component as the drawing.
Allocate tolerance and roughness requirements
The tolerance reference is +/- 0.02 mm, and the roughness reference is Ra3.2-Ra6.3. Define the controlled dimensions, process stage and measurement basis for those values. Agreeing where each reference applies gives the housing acceptance a clear dimensional and surface basis.
Choose a material-specific surface treatment
Surface directions include chrome plating, electrophoresis, painting and powder coating. Select the treatment required for the actual housing material and intended use. Specify the finished surface acceptance together with the dimensional criteria so both are considered when defining the custom part.
Connect inspection to the application
100% inspection is offered, with the characteristics and acceptance to agree for the housing. Application directions include industrial, commercial, household and automotive parts. ISO9001 is a certification reference with applicable scope to confirm. Supply the drawing, selected alloy, dimensional and surface requirements to establish the actual OEM/ODM manufacturing and inspection scope.
