Nonstandard components can be developed through a 304 stainless-steel silica-sol lost-wax investment-casting direction. OEM/ODM customization covers the material as required, machining if needed and surface treatment to customer demand. Small orders are accepted, and material reports can be provided.

Silica-sol casting around the selected component

Define the part's form, mating interfaces and selected material requirement before agreeing the casting scope. The 304 direction gives the inquiry a specific starting material, while a different required material needs its own assignment to the component. Optional machining should follow the actual finished geometry rather than being assumed for every surface.

Applying the 0.01–0.05 mm tolerance reference

The tolerance reference is 0.01–0.05 mm. Identify the drawing dimensions to which the agreed value applies, including the tolerance sign and acceptance scope. Connecting the reference to the relevant dimensions gives the cast form and any subsequent machining a defined purpose in the finished part.

Surface requests and material-report scope

Choose the required treatment for the component's material and its visible or mating areas. Material reports can be provided; define the report scope that the selected material and acceptance process require. The requested surface, material requirement and inspection acceptance can then be considered together for the nonstandard component.

Small-order work and production capacity

Small-order acceptance supports a custom inquiry with the order quantity agreed for the project. The production-capacity reference is 300 tons per month, with its applicability and allocation to be agreed for the actual project. Discuss the component drawing, required work and order scope together when defining this OEM/ODM casting request.
