Custom investment-casting enquiries include 304 stainless-steel and carbon-steel directions based on requested drawings. Choose the actual material grade and component for the manufacturing review. The drawing and intended duty define the part to be made.
Steel grade and drawing geometry
Identify whether the request concerns 304 stainless steel or the selected carbon-steel grade. Provide the required shape, dimensions and accepted finished result for that component.
Electroplating, polishing or brushing
These are surface-treatment directions for the casting enquiry. An additional label is Electropol; confirm the intended process if it is required. Select the treatment and the surfaces it covers for the actual material.
Finished-part acceptance
Agree the dimensional and surface criteria for the selected drawing. Define the inspection requirements alongside the grade, casting scope and intended component duty.
