Custom valve-accessory enquiries include 304 and 316 stainless steel precision lost wax casting with CNC machining. Broader steel-part requests need the actual grade and component scope to be selected. Provide the valve-accessory drawing and working requirements before defining the cast geometry, machined details and accepted surface condition.

Grade and valve interface requirements

Choose the actual stainless grade and identify the interfaces and dimensions relevant to the valve part. The drawing should define the component's geometry and accepted fit for the intended assembly. Agree the service conditions and material requirements with that part definition. A general grade or valve-accessory label does not establish a complete pressure or ready-fit specification.

Lost wax form and CNC dimensions

The tolerance reference is 0.2mm. Identify the dimensions and manufacturing stage covered by that reference, then define the working details requiring CNC machining. Agree the accepted cast geometry and the finished dimensions separately for the component. The drawing revision and selected operations should describe the actual part being requested.

Appearance and inspection agreement

The stated surface condition calls for a clean appearance without burrs or sand holes. Define the visual acceptance criteria for the actual valve accessory. Quality control states 100% inspection, with the relevant characteristics and accepted results to agree. Bring the grade, drawing, interfaces and dimensional and surface criteria together when defining the casting and machining enquiry.
