Size185*159*43mm Or customized machining 2d/3d drawings
Automation-equipment housings need a component definition that connects the enclosure space with its cast and machined geometry. This aluminum die-casting inquiry covers chassis shells and fittings, with a 185*159*43 mm size or a custom version developed through 2D or 3D drawings.
Start with the automation unit's housing space
The specified size gives the chassis inquiry an initial physical reference. Compare it with the space and interfaces required by the automation unit, and mark any dimensions that differ for the intended equipment. The custom version should carry its own accepted geometry so the housing proposal can be assessed for that assembly.
Allocate CNC work within the casting
The manufacturing scope includes die-casting equipment and a CNC machining center. Identify the areas requiring CNC work and the dimensions used to judge those areas on the finished chassis. This separates the proposed cast shape from its machining requirements while keeping both connected to the same automation component.
Choose one alloy and the accepted exterior
ADC12, A380 and A383 are aluminum alternatives, alongside magnesium/zinc alloy requests. Select the material and manufacturing route before choosing the exterior treatment. Anodizing, mirror polishing, electroplating, powder coating or painting should then be agreed for the selected housing, with the accepted surface appearance and relevant treated areas identified.
Agree housing and tooling deliverables
PDF, DWG, IGS and STP files can be used for the component discussion. Clarify whether casting-mould work is included alongside finished chassis housings, and agree the application of GB5237.1-2008 High Precision Grade to the actual dimensions. Relevant CE/RoHS requirements should be matched to the applicable component documents as part of the equipment acceptance decision.
