Custom precision steel investment-casting services for B2B projects cover OEM/ODM prototype and mass-production work. In-house one-stop manufacturing includes drawing review, mold-flow simulation and DFM analysis. Casting and CNC-machining tolerances follow the drawing, with actual grade, component geometry and included operations defining the selected manufacturing task.
Drawing review, mold flow and DFM requirements
Identify the actual steel part and structural geometry to be reviewed. Define the engineering questions and manufacturing requirements relevant to that component. Connect the drawing-review, mold-flow and DFM work to the selected casting and CNC scope, agreeing the dimensional and supplied-condition acceptance the engineering task needs to address.
Prototype or mass-production one-stop scope
Define the stage being requested and the operations included in the in-house task. Assign the drawing-controlled cast and machined dimensions to the actual component areas. Metal surface-finishing services are available, with the actual treatment and finished condition to select for the material, geometry and intended function of the supplied part.
Spectrometer, X-ray, MPI and CMM checks
Agree the inspection methods and areas needed for the chosen steel component. Define their measurement and acceptance criteria in relation to the drawing requirements. Connect those checks to the material, cast geometry, CNC-machined interfaces and selected surface condition, establishing the quality requirements for the actual prototype or production task.
STEP, IGS, DWG, PDF and drawing confidentiality
These are accepted drawing-input directions for the component inquiry. An NDA agreement is available for drawings; agree its scope for the actual request. Include the selected grade, geometry, stage and engineering/inspection acceptance with the drawing requirements, defining the B2B one-stop work and the confidentiality arrangement needed for that inquiry.
