Casting production services connect design and tooling with casting, machining, finishing and assembly. Die, sand and investment casting provide process choices, with ADC12, A380, Zamak 3, AZ91D and custom-alloy material directions. DFM analysis, prototype-to-mass-production support and an assigned project manager help define and coordinate the actual component request.

Select the alloy and applicable casting method

The broader material range includes aluminum, zinc, iron, steel, brass and copper. Choose the actual alloy and compatible die-, sand- or investment-casting route for the component. Agree the design and tooling scope before defining the machining, finishing and assembly operations needed for that selected part.

Check the maximum-size reference against the component

The maximum size reference is 1500x800x600mm. Identify the dimension orientation and confirm how the reference applies to the selected alloy, geometry and casting method. Powder coating, shot blasting and painting are finish choices; specify the applicable treatment, its covered areas and the desired finished result.

Plan production scope and acceptance with the project manager

The overall production-capacity reference is 3 million pieces per month. Confirm the material and process mix covered by that reference and the allocation available for the actual project. Coordinate prototype evaluation and production requirements through the assigned project manager, with dimensional, surface and assembly acceptance defined for the chosen component. Keep those criteria consistent across the agreed design, tooling, casting and subsequent processing stages.
