Synthetic casting resin is directed to 3D-printed jewelry patterns and lost-wax casting, with 60% and 80% wax-content directions. Fast curing, low ash and high precision are qualitative material/process aims. The actual formulation, printer/tooling and jewelry-pattern procedure should be selected together for the requested resin.

Wax content, purity and solids

Purity is referenced at 99%, while solids content is at least 99%. Agree the selected wax-content formulation and the constituent/measurement basis of those distinct quantities. Keep the wax percentage, purity and solids criteria assigned to their actual roles when defining the material and acceptance for the jewelry-printing work.

Viscosity, volume shrinkage and functional basis

Viscosity reference is 600, volume-shrinkage reference 1–2 and functional-basis reference 3. Define their units, physical meanings and test conditions for the selected formulation. Those actual references should be connected to the resin and pattern procedure being requested, with the measurement and process acceptance agreed for that material.

Strength and extension measurement roles

Strength is referenced at 65 kgf/cm² and extension at 125%. A separate Young's-elongation reference is 33 under kgf/cm³, with its physical meaning and measurement basis to confirm. Relate the actual mechanical criteria to the selected resin and test/curing conditions, keeping that unusual reference distinct from the extension percentage and strength value.

Jewelry printing and pattern/burnout acceptance

Define the actual printer/tooling, jewelry geometry and curing procedure for the chosen resin. Relate the qualitative fast-curing, low-ash and precision directions to the pattern condition and burnout acceptance required for that task. The formulation, composition/property basis and process criteria together give the jewelry lost-wax resin inquiry a specific technical scope.
