Custom kitchenware and bathroom hardware parts are offered in 304 and 316 stainless steel, using lost wax casting and CNC machining. Color can be customized for the component. Define the selected grade, hardware geometry and surface requirements around the intended kitchenware or bathroom application.
Hardware dimensions and machined details
The tolerance value is 0.2 mm, with its applicable features to be agreed on the hardware drawing. Identify which areas need CNC machining and which dimensions control the component's fit. Keep the selected 304 or 316 grade and dimensional acceptance together when specifying the custom casting.
Custom color and full inspection
Kitchenware and bathroom cast hardware is offered with 100% inspection. Agree appearance and burr or sand-hole acceptance for the relevant surfaces, together with the required color. Define the inspection content and records against those material, dimensional and surface requirements so acceptance concerns the actual hardware being supplied. Keep the agreed color reference linked to the accepted hardware design.
Application and wider material requests
Describe the actual contact, cleaning and exposure conditions for the kitchenware or bathroom component. Confirm any application-specific material documentation required for its use, with the chosen color and surface condition. Broader cast-iron or die-casting requests need a separate material and manufacturing-route agreement. Approve the hardware's selected grade, drawing and application requirements before treating a different material or process as interchangeable.
