This arc furnace is offered for alloy melting in lost wax jewelry workflows, with a 2L volume designation. Engine and motor are core components, and the color designation is Red/Black. Select the actual voltage, power and capacity configuration for the intended alloy and crucible arrangement.

Select a complete voltage and power arrangement

Configuration groups include 110V meshless, 110V grid and 220V grid arrangements. Choose the available capacity within the selected group and match it to the required power option. Power choices are 1.5kW (2.01hp) or 1.75kW (2.35hp); confirm the complete combination so that electrical and capacity choices refer to the same furnace setup.

Define the alloy and temperature conditions

The working-temperature reference is 1600°C. Agree the intended melt alloy, charge and crucible, and confirm how the 2L designation relates to the selected charge capacity. Establish the operating basis for any hourly-capacity requirement separately from the batch choice. Review the required temperature conditions and operating steps for that configuration before selecting it for the jewelry process.

Review the furnace layout and connections

The equipment envelope is L47 × W48 × H49cm (18.50 × 18.90 × 19.29in). Assess those dimensions against the intended work area and the access required for the selected crucible arrangement. Confirm electrical connections and the installation requirements for the chosen 110V or 220V configuration alongside the furnace operating instructions.

Agree acceptance when review documents are unavailable

An outgoing-inspection video and a machinery test report are not available for this furnace. Agree alternative equipment-acceptance evidence and the checks required for the intended alloy and configuration. Request the operating and installation instructions, including operator requirements, so that the agreed acceptance covers the actual furnace arrangement and working conditions.
