This automatic vacuum pressure casting machine serves gold, karat gold, silver and copper jewelry work through the lost-wax process. Its metal capacity is 2kg for gold. Agree the usable charge for your particular alloy and casting arrangement before planning production.
Connect the electrical supply and separate cooling circuit
The furnace requires 380V three-phase power, with a power rating of 12kW (16.09hp). Confirm the electrical frequency and connection requirements against the installation supply. Cooling uses a separate water chiller, so include the compatible chiller and water connections in the equipment plan. Establish that cooling arrangement alongside the electrical provision before agreeing the working setup, rather than assuming a chiller is included with the machine.
Set the jewelry process through PLC control
IGBT technology and PLC control accompany one-key operation of the casting process. The core components comprise a PLC, engine, motor, pressure vessel and pump. Maximum temperature is 1550°C, and pressure adjustment spans 10–120kPa. Select the temperature and pressure recipe for the actual alloy and mold arrangement, and confirm the operator procedure for that sequence. One-key control provides the operating format; the specific process still needs suitable settings.
Review the supplied machine against the casting setup
Machine dimensions are 800 × 680 × 1230mm in length, width and height, providing a basis for the equipment layout. Check the required flask and crucible dimensions as part of the jewelry setup review. An outgoing inspection video and machinery test report are provided for this equipment. Use those materials to review the selected machine configuration, control sequence and cooling connections, with the intended alloy and usable charge identified in the same enquiry.
