FeatureHigh Dimensional Accuracy, Corrosion Resistant, Smooth Surface
Custom industrial mechanical parts are offered through silica sol investment casting and lost wax casting. Material choices are SS304, SS316, carbon steel, alloy steel and aluminum. Application directions include industrial machinery, pump and valve parts and automotive components, with component dimensions available for customization.
Material and mechanical duty
Choose the grade and component geometry for the actual machinery, pump, valve or automotive request. Define the dimensional accuracy, corrosion resistance and surface smoothness needed by that duty. Agree the acceptance criteria for the selected material and environment so those qualitative property directions address the component being designed.
Dimension envelope and drawing review
Maximum dimension is 500 mm, with larger sizes negotiable against a drawing. Identify the dimensions that control the part's fit and function when defining the custom shape. A larger request should have its geometry reviewed within the actual casting scope before size acceptance is agreed.
Four finishes and color choice
Polishing, powder coating, zinc plating and chrome plating are surface-treatment choices. Silver, Black, Gold and custom colors are offered for the appearance request. Mark the areas receiving each selected surface treatment on the drawing. Select the actual finish and color reference for the chosen material rather than assuming every material and surface combination is interchangeable. For a pump or valve component, include its fluid, pressure and exposure requirements when agreeing the finished part's acceptance.
