Small orders are accepted for custom die-cast components and rapid-prototype requests in ADC12 aluminum or Zamak 3 zinc directions. OEM/ODM work can combine mold development, die casting and CNC machining, with 100% inspection offered.
Give the prototype a defined component purpose
Identify what the requested prototype must establish about the part, including its geometry and assembly interfaces. Choose ADC12 or Zamak 3 for the actual component and keep that selection with the design definition. This gives the prototype inquiry a specific material and acceptance purpose rather than leaving it as a general sample request.
Connect mold, casting and CNC work
Define the mold work needed for the chosen geometry and mark the areas requiring finished machining. Distinguish characteristics accepted in the cast condition from interfaces that need CNC operations. The wider material-service menu also includes aluminum, brass, zinc and steel, with the appropriate route agreed for each separate component request.
- Finished interfaces
- Identify the dimensions that determine the prototype's fit.
- Work allocation
- Assign the relevant geometry to casting, mold development and machining.
Agree small-order and sample supply scope
Confirm the actual quantity and the prototype or sample items required for the project. Define which dimensions and material characteristics determine acceptance and how they will be checked. This gives the 100% inspection offer a useful basis for the particular small-order component.
Bring the selected alloy, component geometry and manufacturing allocation together before finalizing the inquiry. Clear prototype scope and acceptance requirements allow the sample and subsequent component request to be discussed on the same definition.
