Match the metal with the forming route
Choose the alloy specification and part geometry together before defining the casting process. The component enquiry can identify its role in automobile, machinery, electronics or medical-device equipment, giving the intended application a concrete manufacturing context. Include any application-specific acceptance requirements so the selected route can be considered against the function of the hardware.
Controlled dimensions and finishing choices
The tolerance reference is 0.01 mm, with the controlled feature, dimensional limits and relevant production stage to be agreed on the drawing. Painting, powder coating, nickel plating and electrophoresis are finish options. Specify the required treatment and affected surfaces, including any dimensions that must be evaluated after finishing, to keep the final condition aligned with the component design.
Prepare the OEM or ODM drawing package
One-stop OEM/ODM service accepts 2D DWG, DXF and PDF files, together with 3D STP, STEP and IGS models. Use a consistent drawing revision to connect the geometry, material, reference dimensions and selected coating.
