OEM machinery-part enquiries combine lost wax, water-glass and investment-casting directions with CNC machining. Material directions include stainless steel and steel alloys, alongside carbon steel, mild steel and alloy steel. Select the actual grade and component requirements before defining the casting and finished CNC work.

Confirm the steel designation for the component

SC450 is a material designation whose exact grade and scope should be agreed for the selected part. Keep that selection with the component drawing rather than assuming it identifies a stainless-steel grade. Define the required material and manufacturing route together so the casting enquiry describes the intended machinery component.

Set drawing-based dimensions and CNC work

Size and tolerances follow the customer's drawing. Identify the controlled dimensions and the finished CNC condition needed for the actual component. Coordinate those requirements with the chosen casting route and material so the dimensional acceptance addresses the same part throughout the proposed work.

Respect the machining scope

CNC machining is offered, while this service is designated not micro machining. Define the actual operations and finished requirements within that stated scope. Keep those requirements connected to the component geometry and drawing acceptance used for the OEM enquiry.

Establish the quality and project requirements

ISO 9001:2000 and TS16949 are quality/standard references whose applicable documents and scope should be confirmed. Provide the grade, machinery-part drawing, actual casting route and CNC requirements together. Add the dimensional acceptance needed for the completed part to define the proposed custom manufacturing work.
