OEM stainless-steel and steel investment-cast products combine custom size and surface treatment with full-process service. Specifications and wall thickness follow the drawing. Design coordination, raw-material control, heat-treatment scope and finished-product inspection provide concrete areas to define for the actual manufacturing request.
Define the drawing dimensions and wall sections
Select the actual steel or stainless grade and establish the component geometry. Identify the drawing-controlled dimensions and wall sections required for the supplied casting. Relate those requirements to the intended component use and agree the condition in which they will be accepted. Keep the custom size and wall definition attached to the selected material and part drawing.
Set the treatment and quality-check scope
Custom surface treatment should be defined for the areas and finished condition required by the actual component. Agree the heat-treatment scope and raw-material control requirements alongside that surface definition. Finished-product inspection can then be related to the selected grade, drawing dimensions, wall sections and treated condition, with acceptance criteria agreed for the specific work.
Coordinate design through the finished component
Full-process service includes design coordination, with flexible scheduling and responsive coordination for the request. Define responsibilities and quality checks across the selected manufacturing scope. Agree how the material, drawing, heat and surface requirements will be carried into the finished-component acceptance, so that the OEM investment-casting work remains connected to the actual part rather than a broad service description.
