OEM precision investment and lost-wax casting services offer SS304, SS316, 310, 1.4301 and carbon-steel directions. Machinery and industrial parts are the application focus. CNC precision machining, sandblasting and polishing are available, with CT4–CT6 as the casting tolerance reference.

Grade choice for the industrial part

Identify the exact grade required by the component, including its intended machinery role and operating conditions. Define the geometry and material acceptance criteria at the same time. A clear grade selection keeps the OEM request focused on the actual steel casting being considered.

Casting CT4–CT6 and CNC-finished areas

Assign the CT4–CT6 reference to the relevant casting dimensions. Define the areas requiring CNC precision machining and agree their dimensional criteria separately. This gives the component a clear cast-versus-machined definition and allows each operation to be evaluated against the requirements that apply to it.

Sandblasted or polished condition

Sandblasting and polishing provide surface-treatment directions for the selected part. Identify the surfaces that require either operation and agree the condition expected after treatment. Inspection is provided at 100%; establish the material, dimensional and surface characteristics covered by the checks for this machinery or industrial component.

For an OEM precision casting enquiry, specify the grade, controlled cast dimensions, CNC requirements and sandblasted or polished areas together. These details establish a coherent basis for reviewing the proposed lost-wax part and the acceptance criteria needed for its finished condition.
