OEM/ODM precision lost-wax investment-casting parts cover stainless steel, carbon steel and alloy steel. Machining uses CNC lathe and CNC milling-center directions. CT4–CT9 is the casting-tolerance reference, with ±0.005 mm and ISO2768-mk machining-tolerance references to assign to the actual component dimensions and manufacturing requirements.

Cast dimensions and CNC-machined acceptance

Define the component geometry and actual material designation. Identify the cast dimensions governed by CT4–CT9 and the interfaces requiring lathe or milling-center work. Agree the dimensions and measurement basis for the numerical machining requirement and applicable ISO2768-mk scope. Connect those requirements to the finished fit and function needed for the selected part.

PFMEA, PPAP, APQP, Control Plan and MSA

These are the quality-control methods available within the manufacturing inquiry. Define the actual planning, documentation and measurement requirements for the component. Relate those quality requirements to the selected material, controlled dimensions and process stages, establishing what the supplied records and inspection acceptance need to address for the OEM/ODM task.

Heat treatment and four surface choices

Heat-treatment directions include annealing, quenching/tempering and solid solution. Surface choices are zinc plating, painting, powder coating and electropolishing. Select the material-appropriate work and identify its required condition and areas. Agree dimensional and surface acceptance after the chosen treatments, relating those criteria to the actual cast and machined interfaces.

Machinery, automotive and electricity applications

Define the specific component and its operating requirements within the intended application. Select the material and manufacturing scope needed for that geometry. Connect the part's function to its cast/machined tolerance requirements, treatment selection and quality-planning/inspection criteria, establishing acceptance for the actual supplied steel component.
