    Customer's 3D Drawing

Custom industrial casting services offer stainless steel and iron project directions through silica-sol investment casting. OEM/ODM support includes customized sizes based on the customer's 3D drawing. Optional machining and surface treatment are available, with powder coating as a finish direction.

Use the 3D drawing to define the part

Select the actual stainless steel or iron grade and identify the component geometry. The customer's 3D drawing provides the basis for discussing size and the required cast shape. Agree the dimensional criteria that matter for the industrial part so the custom-size request has a clear acceptance basis.

Machining only where the component needs it

Machining can be included when needed within the casting and surface-treatment process. Identify the areas requiring machining and the dimensions they must meet, keeping those requirements distinct from the cast geometry. This allows the proposed work to follow the actual component rather than assuming a machining operation on every area.

Powder coating and applicable standards

Powder coating is available for the selected part. Define the surfaces to be coated and the required finished appearance, then agree the relevant surface acceptance criteria. Standard references include GB, ASTM, AISI, DIN and BS; identify the applicable standard and grade for the component request.

For an OEM or ODM industrial project, bring the grade, 3D geometry, casting dimensions, necessary machining and powder-coated condition together. That combination gives the silica-sol investment-casting discussion a practical component definition and keeps dimensional and surface requirements connected.
