Custom component services combine aluminum gravity- and sand-casting directions with investment casting and CNC machining. Stainless steel, aluminum and ductile iron provide material choices. OEM/ODM and CAD customization follow client specifications and drawing-required sizes for automotive, pump/valve, mechanical and agricultural parts.
Choose a component and its material-process direction
Identify the requested automotive, pump/valve, mechanical or agricultural component before selecting its grade and casting route. Aluminum gravity and sand casting are process directions, while investment casting with CNC machining offers another processing scope. Agree the compatible material-route combination for the actual part and the areas requiring machining.
Develop the geometry through CAD and supported files
STEP, STL and IGS inputs support the custom drawing request. Use the CAD service to define the component geometry and the dimensions required by the client specification. Identify which dimensions concern the casting and which apply to finished CNC-machined interfaces so the file and dimensional requirements describe the same component.
Set application-specific interface and acceptance requirements
For pump or valve parts, define the actual component interfaces and service conditions, including any required pressure specification. For the other application directions, identify the dimensions and acceptance criteria needed by their own assemblies. Agree the scope of the supplied part and the requirements for evaluating the selected material and finished geometry. These details connect the drawing-based size request with the actual use of the custom casting.
