    Strong Structure

Aluminum-alloy die-cast furniture hardware is offered with a strong structure and high-precision custom manufacturing direction. OEM/ODM service supports customer-requested colors, with samples available. STEP and CAD design inputs can define the actual hardware component and its intended place in a furniture assembly.

Aluminum hardware and strong structure

Select the furniture hardware and its required geometry before defining the alloy and dimensional acceptance. The strong structure should be considered against the component's intended furniture role and mating requirements. Keeping those choices connected gives the structural discussion a particular part and a clear basis for acceptance.

White-zinc color and requested appearance

A white-zinc-color electroplating direction is available alongside customer-requested colors. Agree the intended treatment and appearance for the aluminum hardware, identifying the surfaces where that condition matters. The surface selection can then be reviewed with the component geometry and delivered dimensions for the furniture design.

STEP/CAD design and samples

STEP and CAD files are design inputs for the OEM/ODM inquiry, and samples are available. Use the selected design to describe the component, alloy requirement, mating dimensions and required delivered surface. Those inputs give the sample discussion a definite hardware object and a dimensional, surface and structural acceptance to review.

The custom request can bring the strong-structure requirement, chosen color and actual furniture role together around that design. The aluminum substrate, treatment direction and mating geometry remain part of the same component decision, allowing the sample and manufacturing scope to be assessed against the hardware needed by the assembly.
