Custom stainless-steel lost-wax casting components are available for OEM/ODM inquiries with a CT4–CT6 tolerance capability reference. Sizes are customized, surface treatment follows customer demand, small orders are accepted and the quality direction includes 100% inspection.

Connect CT4–CT6 to the custom component

Define the geometry and the selected dimensions that the casting-tolerance requirement must address. Agree the CT4–CT6 acceptance scope for the actual component and the required finished condition. Custom size can then be considered with the part's mating interfaces instead of a tolerance range standing alone as the complete requirement.

Select the applicable DIN requirement

DIN is the standard-family direction for the inquiry. Identify the actual grade and applicable part or standard requirement before assigning it to the drawing. Connect that selection to the component's intended function and operating conditions so the standard discussion addresses a particular stainless-steel part.

Surface condition and inspection acceptance

Customer-requested surface treatment should identify the required areas and finished condition. The stainless casting work carries a 100% inspection direction, with the checks defined against its actual dimensional and surface acceptance. Agree those criteria together so that custom geometry, CT requirements and surface expectations form a coherent component scope.

Small orders within the OEM/ODM scope

Small-order acceptance can be discussed for the selected stainless component without assuming an unspecified numerical minimum. Define the requested quantity alongside the material, custom size and required surface condition. The finished-part and use acceptance can then guide the actual lost-wax manufacturing inquiry.
